The documentary was directed by Michael D. Ratner. Ratner’s OBB Pictures, Scooter Braun Films, and Bieber Time films produced the documentary. Andy Mininger, Kfir Goldberg, and Scott Ratner are the giant figures behind the documentary. Scooter Braun, Scott Manson, Jennifer McDaniels, and Allison Kaye are also listed as executive producers through Scooter Braun Films. The co-executive producers are Nick DeMoura, Rick Faigin, Rory Kramer, and Jullian Halterman.
